Return Eligibility: Our return policy covers a duration of 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We are committed to providing a replacement or refund for orders that arrive damaged or broken. Additionally, if you opt for route package protection, it also extends coverage to include lost items.
Processing Time for Returns: The typical processing time for returns is 2-3 weeks from the point of receipt.
Once we receive your returned item, we will proceed with the refund, replacement, or issuance of a gift certificate, based on your preferred method of refund.
Important Notes: Returns not received by our return center within 15 days of generating the return label will be automatically closed in our system.

Refunds: Refunds will be credited either to the original payment method used by the purchaser or as a gift certificate.
The processing time for issued refunds is approximately 3-5 business days, reflecting in your payment account.
Email gift certificates are usually delivered within 48 hours to your inbox, while physical mail gift certificates are expected to arrive within 2-6 business days.
Refunds cover the cost of returned items but do not include shipping charges.
Ineligible Returns: We regret to inform you that certain categories of items are ineligible for returns:
Custom, Handmade, Dropship, Elderly, and Health Care orders are considered final upon submission, with no exceptions.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
Special Cases: Refund transactions can be made back to the original PayPal transaction within 30 days of purchase.
Transactions older than 12 months will be issued a refund via check to the purchaser.
For instances where the original payment card is no longer valid due to cancellation, expiration, or closure, a refund will be issued via check to the purchaser.
Fraudulent or Abusive Returns: We reserve the right to decline returns that are suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or excessively repetitive. In such cases, no returns will be authorized.
